Absolutely! If you take any of our items to the official fashion brand, they will be able to verify the authenticity. How is that for a guarantee?
All of our items are double-checked and if an item does not pass our authentication process, it will not be offered for sale.

Our specialists curate the items locally in and around Tokyo, Japan. 

 
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

We do not accept any returns because of the customer’s personal preferences. All sales are final. Please make sure to read the product's description thoroughly, review images and double-check the measurements and condition before placing an order. 

Returns are possible only when you have received an item different from the one you ordered. To request a return, refund or exchange of a faulty item, please contact us within 2 days after you have received your order. Feel free to reach out to us if you need additional information before purchasing.

All prices are charged in JPY (Japanese Yen).

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept VISA, MASTER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, Google Pay, PayPal. 

WILL I BE CHARGED ANY DUTIES/TAXES?

Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and those charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. The customs policies vary by country so if you have any questions related to customs charges, we kindly ask you to contact your local customs office.

Having taken this into consideration is the reason why we offer free shipping and have included Japanese tax. We care about our customers!

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

After placing an order, any changes or cancellation cannot be accepted. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Most orders are shipped within 3 business days (excluding weekends). 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We ship to 100＋ countries via EMS (Japan Post). EMS ships worldwide between 3-7 days and requires a signature upon delivery.
